What we collect

When you use LogoKit, we collect:

• Account info — name and email via Google Sign-In (if you choose to log in)
• Brand info — the brand name, industry, and description you enter to generate logos
• Generated logos — stored in Firebase Storage linked to your project
• Usage data — pages visited, buttons clicked (via Firebase Analytics)
• IP address — for rate limiting only, not stored permanently

How we use it

• To generate logos based on your input
• To save your projects so you can return to them
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve the product

Third-party services

We use the following services that may process your data:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, analytics
• Stripe — payment processing (we never see your card number)
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI prompt generation (your brand info is sent to generate logo prompts)
• Recraft — AI image generation (prompts are sent to generate logo images)
• Vercel — website hosting
• Railway — API server hosting

Data retention

Your projects and generated logos are stored indefinitely. You can request deletion by emailing us.

Cookies

We use localStorage to save your session and project IDs. Firebase Analytics may set cookies for usage tracking.

AI data processing

When you generate logos, your brand name, industry, and description are sent to:

• Anthropic (Claude) — to generate logo design prompts. Anthropic may process this data per their privacy policy.
• Recraft — to generate logo images from prompts. Recraft may process this data per their privacy policy.

We do not send your email, payment info, or account details to AI providers — only the brand information you enter in the logo generation form.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Correction — fix inaccurate data
• Deletion — request we delete your data and generated logos
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Opt out — of analytics tracking

For EU/EEA users (GDPR): we process your data based on contractual necessity (to provide the service) and legitimate interest (to improve the product). You may exercise any of the above rights by contacting us.

Children

LogoKit is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
